Dismal Service and complete laziness of estate agent

Absolutely dismal service from Diane at Rawson Properties Parklands. App**** for a apartment in Parklands and after following up 3 days later to find out the agent didn’t even pass on the application when we sent it. It was supposedly passed on and we followed up again and out messages get read and ignored. The estate agents in Cape Town are extremely lazy
