DISHONEST RENTAL PRACTICES BY RAWSONS PROPERTIES

Rawsons conducted business with me in an extremely dishonest fashion. They placed a delinquent tenant into my immaculate property. This was done with not vetting the client properly as is required by the law. No references,no vetting,no bank statements, tenant failed had an F SCORE RATING. I wasnt informed nor given any of this information. I was told she was a decent person, with good vetting checks. The tenant has run off in 4 months damaging the property and Rawsons has taken their procurement fees and managing fee about +- R9000. Now that I'm seeking help from Rawsons Head Office including Tony Clarke, Managing Director, I'm just brushed off to a Jacqui Savage who also brushed me off earlier. I've asked to speak to the founder Bill Rawson and they are blocking me and his email as well. I urge the public not to do any rentals with RAWSONS PROPERTIES and if you are currently using them to move your business to a company that has a better business ethic. THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY, GAVE ME NOTHING IN RETURN. LEFT ME WITH A HUGE PROBLEM. THE PUBLIC IS A ***GY BANK FOR RAWSONS PROPERTIES. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY PROPERTY DEALINGS. THIS COMPANY LEAVES A VERY BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH AND IS A TOTAL DISGRACE. RAWSONS MARKETING SLOGAN IS "THEY ARE THE NEIGHBOUR HOOD EXPERTS". THEY ONLY GOOD EXPERTS AT TAKING YOUR MONEY. A POOR SHOW INDEED MR TONY CLARKE. YOU COULDNT PICK UP THE PHONE TO TALK TO ME.I WILL BE PURSUING ALL LEGAL AVENUES AGAINST RAWSONS FOR THE LOSS I INCURRED.
