Dishonest and *************

The horrible service i received from Rawson property Brakpan Agent name Bheki Mngomezulu, he fails to do his job nor protect both parties. As a tenant I requested to fix a pool that was redundant and run down. all communication where done verbally and I was promised he would document and file them with the office. which he never did. When I was serving notice to vacate the property I was informed that the fixing of the pool was my own doing and we all (tenant and landlord) agreed that i did it on my own cost and I can take my equipment. All i could take was my (pool pump, light and water) and took a loss on the fixing, crack repair, re-piping and marbeliting the hole pool. I'm suppose to get my deposit back I'm now invoiced for the pool (water, pool pump and pool light), and to my surprise I am being ivoiced for the pool pump, water and pool light. The agency now states that I shouldn't have taken all that I have installed, I should have left the water that I paid for, the pool light and pump (mind you, I left them with their old pool pipe and a fully functional pool without leaks). If any1 is dealing with this dishonest old man please be careful and be very thorough . I am disappointed on the Brakpan office for protecting him while there evidence that he has failed to do his job is clear and visible and he can't provide any document or email to patterning to our verbal agreements. I hope they fix this by Monday as promised. This is to alert anyone dealing with this ******** of a man.
