I would not recommend Rawsons Benoni when purchasing a property, all the agent is concerned about is signing the OTP and not advising you the purchaser on all the items in the OTP that you will be signing off as accepted and having been fully inspected, although none of the mentioned was done. Once signed their job is done, don't expect to get access after initial viewing as you are not entitled, only access on date of occupation more than 2 months later. No inspections are done, and you are left to discover faults all yourself, but beware you've already signed off that you have accepted these faults, NONE being disclosed and you're left with all the repair costs even structural.
