Disgusted with service received

<p>&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: 'Avenir W01';">I would like to share my utter disgust and frustration regarding the service I have received as a home owner, renting out a property with Rawson Secunda.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 18.0pt;">I have given it a few months before finally deciding to make this post on Hellopeter, because the service only seems to deteriorate.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 18.0pt;">Firstly, I highly doubt that the necessary credit checks took place when the first Rentee was signed to my unit. Eventually after only 3 months and a long story the person had to move out due to not being able to pay. As part of this, I had to constantly follow up as to why I have not received my monthly income, and if I didn&rsquo;t follow up with countless phone calls, I would have never received any feedback/payment. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 18.0pt;">Now a new Rentee has been signed, and once again having to follow up myself, I was promised my rent and still haven&rsquo;t received anything??? &nbsp;I also have not received the deposit that was supposed to pay out due to non-payment the month before (3 weeks later). </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 18.0pt;">I feel like I am being **** to every time I speak to someone there.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 18.0pt;">I cannot understand why this is so complicated, I want my rent to be paid to me on the 1st of every month and if it is not, I want Rawson to let me know what is going on. I managed this property myself and haven&rsquo;t had nearly as much trouble as with Rawson during the past 4 months.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 18.0pt;">Regards Elzette Du Toit</span></p>
