Disappointing communication and lack of organisation

I had a frustrating experience while attempting to schedule a viewing appointment in Upper Claremont, Cape Town. Despite reaching out to the agent via email and WhatsApp, I received no initial response. When the agent finally contacted me, she mentioned the need to create additional viewing slots due to high demand—a common scenario in Cape Town's rental market—yet failed to provide specific details on the timing. I made a follow-up inquiry via email and even called to expedite the process. Surprisingly, I was informed that the viewing was set for the same day, and I was asked to provide my email address, despite having previously communicated through both email and WhatsApp. This lack of responsiveness and organisation was truly disappointing and unprofessional.
