Disappointed

<p>Hi.</p> <p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>In 2015 we have acquired a property from the rawsons property group. About 18 months ago we received a visit from an inspector from the municipality planning department who came to conduct an inspection to issue the completion certificate.we have been continueously visiting their offices in hopes that something would be done about this matter. Empty promises were made by both their phoenix and cape town offices and to date we have not heard from them and that is why we had to bring this out in the open. It is really unfair to us because we not fami**** with all these laws and only recently found out about this when we decided to sell the property.we were told by the inspector that there should be an occupational certificate for the property but we were unaware of this.when we brought this to the attention of the rawsons phoenix office they did not assist us in any way and now I'm seeking your help. kind regards......frustrated citizen.</p>
