I must say in all my years of renting property the most ever deducted from my deposit from various organizations has only been +-R500. The lengths that Rawson has gone through to reduce the deposit refund is extraordinary by any market standard. I’ve never encountered a situation where the hole house needs to be painted at the tenant’s expense. I don’t recall walking around with a marker and drawing on the walls. However that being said this whole experience has left me with a rather sour taste in my mouth and I don’t fore see myself ever utilizing Rawsons services again. I feel It only fair for me to warn others of the elevatable pitfalls of doing business with your organization.
