<p>I rented a apartment from Rawson for about two years. when we moved in we got the key from the previous tenants, basically no one came to check from the agency the state of the apartment. During our stay no painting was done but they claim it was done we asked when because we moved in as the previous tenants moved out, we are also charged for painting which was not done before or during our stay</p>
