DEPOSIT NOT PAID IN FULL

<p>I moved into one of their properties in October 2016, Gave a notice that I am moving out end of feb and before putting notice i spoke to Felicity Ziyambi. I moved end of Feb and was told that they wil charge me R650 for carpet cleaning. </p> <p>My deposit was R3500 plus addidtional amounts which amounted to R9100 including first months rent. my question is how can the refund be R473 on top of the amount which I paid for deposit ETC.</p>
