Deposit for flat was not refunded

I would like to point how disappointed I am with Rawson Milnerton. I think they need to understand that when people pay deposit they expect to receive that money back without being deceived or ******. I expected so much from them but I disgusted with how they have been treating me, to the extent of not getting my deposit back
