Demanding money for a house viewing

I initially contacted a Lynn Douglas who insisted that I fill out a pre-credit check before looking at a house. After I told her that I wasn't interested in that she reluctantly agreed on letting me do a viewing (which she cancelled on the day due to the property being leased)<br> <br> I then contacted Justin Steven regarding a property that he was listed as the agent for in Dainfern. He responded with the following:<br> <br> \Thank you for your email...<br> <br> Attached is an application to lease, if you can get it back to me at your earliest, I can gladly assist you.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Justin - Rawson<br> ***<br> [Email Removed]<br> <br> Which was polite, however, I do not wish to fill out this form and pay in order to view the property. I responded as such:<br> <br> \"Hi Justin,<br> <br> I don't want to fill this form out before looking at the property.<br> Can we kindly arrange a viewing and then I'll fill out the relevant forms?\"<br> <br> To which I suppose he decided I was not deserving enough for a viewing and did not reply. So this company is clearly not interested in anything else than making easy money. I would advise against leasing through Rawson."
