If you want to purchase property through ********s who just don't do their due diligence and who are more interested in making a sale, go for them. I am left with a property with no plans sold to me by Thabo Noqoli who stated that all is on order with plans. In other words, I bought property that could be demolished tomorrow and I'd just have the land. This is incompetency and crime at its highest. I urge you not make the biggest mistake of your life by dealing with these agents, especially as a purchaser.
