Breach of contract has been broken

After having a meeting with the agent Dean Rigney I was promised that the tenants would pay me the outstanding amount owing for the previous month and the rent for the month, however it is the due date for payment and I have not received the funds.

I would like to cancel the agreement as the breach of contract has been broken.

Due to this matter I am forced to apply for a loan in order to pay the levies and pay the rent where I am currently staying.

I would also like to find out if I will get the funds owed to me as I am paying for a service but not receiving the service expected.

Please advise on the way forward.
