Rawsons Randpark is a clueless and negligent rental agency.

They promise to have things repaired and when you get broken into because they haven't done what they promised they try to cover their Butts at the tenants expense despite the black and white evidence.

Rawsons head office is ineffective in disciplining their franchisees even when they are presented with black and white evidence.

Rawsons is incapable of owning up to their mistakes and expect the Tenant to take the knock for them.

Be very careful when using this agency they don't care about tenants or landlords as long as they are getting their management fee.
