Bad Service from Head office

very unhappy with their service, the kitchen cabinet fell off and damaged my fridge, they did not inspect the unit before we moved in to make sure everything is fine, I send a complaint to the head office after Speaking to Jacqui Savage (National Rentals Manager) they told me to email them so they can assist me, this is now 5 months later and Jacqui Savage are not even responding to this mather , the agent Anitha Van Zyl has agreed to pay for my fridge out of her pocket when she has money one day , also, we almost waited 6 months for our contract that we had to pay for cash when we viewed the unit, also, we had an issue where the maintenance guy went off at my wife because he had to come out and repair a water leak that was coming from the roof that was leaking badly, I also mailed Rawson in regarding this matter and also did not even get a response,
