Bad service

It's unfortunate I cannot rate a zero but one start will do. I started working with Rawson Properties from January 2024 when I app**** to rent property that was listed to move in on the 1st of April, communication was very bad I was the one who had to do follow on a daily basis with the agent, red flag that I ignored. Fast forward I moved into the property on the 1st and to my surprise there's forever no electricity daily for a good 12 hours and it's not loadshedding I was told cables were compromised COJ must be accompanied by the police to assist, now a pipe is blocked water is flowing into the house whenever I use a kitchen sink and I'm being told I must fix it myself due to lease agreement that time I've been in the unit for a week so the pipe was waiting for me to be blocked. You pay lots of money not to be assisted at the end of the day. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY SHAME.
