Bad Service / Bad Attitude

I chose Rawson Properties to sell my house and buy another. An agent started advertising my house then I didnt hear from him. Phoned around then discovered that he left the agency and i was allotted another agent. He came to my house then nothing. Called around again and discovered that this guy also left the agency. What bothers me is that no-one contacted me about this and it was my duty to find out what happened. I changed to Pam Golding Properties and in no time they had my house sold. The house i bought in the meantime was through RP and the agent (Wayne Felix) that was finally assigned to us was disgruntled from the beginning as he was \taking over someone elses mess"(his words). He was not happy and made it quite clear in no uncertain terms. He made me feel as if I was getting in the way and he is doing me a favour as this mess belonged to someone else and Michael Feltsman just threw him in the deep end. I have not seen this Michael guy once in almost 6 months. Wayne made a promise that he will collect the keys at the seller when she moves but that was a promise broken as well. Rawson is DEFINITELY NOT THE AGENCY OF CHOICE. BAD SERVICE"
