Bad service and ********* agents been covered up by management

If I could give them a minus star rating I would! Rawson agents are ********* and they are protected by the managers and higher up

We bought a house through them and their agent was aware that fixed fixtures is been removed from the house. They took off the stuff and did not even have the decency to close the holes. The day the people moved out they bumped and chipped our doors and walls and when requesting through the agent to advise the previous owner that said damages needs to be fixed and fixed fixtures be returned or holes fixed they just did not respond to the emails and requests and when we phoned them they just covered everything up. The day we moved in the agent who sold the house to us was not even here to do key handover or congratulate us on the purchase. The previous owner put the keys on the counter and said there you go.

The service received was nothing like we know buying a house should be like and Rawson just doesn't give a damn. They cover up the stuff instead of giving good client service.

I will never recommend Rawson ever!!!

It's become all about the money for them and not the clients satisfaction
