BAD SERVICE!

We bought a house threw Rawson Properties Robertson. Unfortunately looks like in these days the sales agents protects more the seller that the buyer. The seller made a suggestion with the sales agent of Rawson properties Robertson that they will paint the whole house for the buyer and do what still needs to be done in the house.

Wat was the answer of the sales agent. NO YOU DONT NEED TO DO ALL THAT AS YOU ALREADY DROPTED SIGNIFICANYLY ON THE PRICE! Ummmm that is every buyers right to but down a offer that the seller can say Yes or No!!

And we did ask the sales agent about Certain things in the house that needed attention and she said she will bring it up with the seller. Ya right! And the above was your answer to the seller???

We as the buyer only heard this after we bought the house! Now all the extra that needs to be done on the house is costing us a lot of extra money we did not budget on!

O yes after everything was done and dusted we never heard from the sales agent again or Rawson properties! Not even a congratulations on the house, were is the days we they come to you to say congratulations!
