Bad rental

When Rawson phoned me to rent out my property I was very happy to deal with them! Since they got me a tenant who they said screened them has been a complete nightmare to get them out! They are Nigerians, taking drugs in the apartment, not paying rent, using it as an Airbnb! It is my 4th tenant without allowing these people in! They just arrive and the first, 2nd,3rd go and now there is a 4th person there! When I phoned they said it is my problem and they can’t help! They were happy to take a months rent and yes I chose to look after the unit myself but in this situation they should help!! Don’t ever use Rawson to rent out your property!!!!
