Anton Botha Pretoria East - Terrible Service

I am laying a formal complaint against Anton Botha from Pretoria East.

Selling our house with Anton has been excruciating.

He does not life up to Rawson’s 6 steps to selling.

Step 1 and 2 where of course done well, step 4 took weeks to sign with continues follow up from our side.

Step 5, has proven to be the worst experience. Anton has provided us with very little service. We continuously have to follow up with him. He has not followed up with conditions, he has not advised us on what our best options are with having a very difficult purchaser. If we don’t email him to ask him for feedback we would never have heard from him. He is unprofessional over voice notes.

Not once have I felt that Anton is providing a service to us service.

I will never refer anyone to Rawson and definitely never refer anyone to Anton.

I am sure that our Offer to Purchase has lapsed, as we have fallen out of all time frames and the sale is still not finalised. On the other hand, I actually do not know what is going on as we never hear from Anton. He has not advised us what to do at this point in time of the sale.

I regret signing up with Anton, and want to know if I can renegotiate Anton's commission. The amount of commission he is getting from this sale is not in line with the amount of work and effort he put into this sale.

I am extremely angry and frustrated with Anton and Rawson.
