Annamaria Leach & her ****S , she is using Rawson Properties for personal gain clearly its DISGHUSTING

I was applying for a unit in Castleview under Stone Arch Estate Estate under Annamaria the first question I asked her in writing was if there are additional costs to the unit, she asked to confirm this first too a day and returned back saying that this unit INCLUDES all utilities except for electricity. she even stated that there are NO additional costs in writing. We agreed on the viewing, she sent me application form and payment voucher to which NONE of the costs were every explained to me by this lady. I called her to ask how she got to R12600 for a unit that is R5000 she broke the costs down and the rental amount was now R5200 on this form, I pointed this out and asked for a refined copy with the correct amount to which also none of the fees the monthly fee according to her include R100 monthly just for statements when asked this she once again magically forgot to explain this to me too. The process continued and those were sorted today she sends an email to ask me to pay R300 for the credit record, once again I call to ask her to take me through the processes because this is my first time applying at Rawson Properties and I am unaware of the processes, she agrees. Minutes after sending the money, she sends e an email confirming how great my credit score is to which now after she has seen my credit record, she goes on to say that she is confirming that there actually will be additional utilities? This far in the process? after checking my credit score?? This lady's ********* behavior is absolutely disgusting, I am certain that I am not the ONLY person she has done this too, in her email she says that the water is an additional +- R250 from body corporate MIND YOU my friend owns the exact same property under the same village dealing with the SAME body corporate which she is lying about. Village 5 water is R200 standard and She herself confirmed that this was included before seeing my credit record. Is this how Rawson properties operates??? is this how you charge people & agents ripping people off????? You have and will continue loosing tenants because of Annamaria's *****ery, she is so sneaky and extremely ********* , this is disheartening from such a huge company.
