Agent rips off seller

Agent agreed on 7.5% commission - forced seller to accept OTP, but only if commission was doubled since she had some deal with another agency. The other agent does not respond to any query regarding their buyer. Seller then forced to lose rental income and incur significant extra costs due to agent-appointed attorney and for "all of us being duped" by the buyer since we had to wait for his property to be sold first before getting the bond attorney's undertaking. There was no declaration of this condition on the OTP. Suddenly rates clearance is paid after seller had to pay 3 times for the COJ fee to provide it without any reason given by the agent-appointed attorney and then agent harasses seller to provide deed and COC even though agent was appointed to obtain the COC. Several recommendations withdrawn for this agent and for Remax 2000 - both con-artists who ******* the seller.
