Absolutely no response or communication

Multiple times I have enquired about a property that I want to rent and haven’t had a response for the past week. I have tried phoning the agent but she doesn’t answer, I have phoned the branch in the area and they aren’t answering the office telephone. I have been waiting for a response for a week now and I am very upset that the agent hasn’t communicated with me.
