A bunch of rental deposit *******

We received the worst service you can imagine from Rawson Edenglen. They refused to refund over R7k rental deposit. Way too quick with their “exit inspection report” but when we moved in there was no “moving in inspection report”. Did the snag list without the rental agent in sight (Felicity Ziyambi). Apartment was filthy when we moved in, sent pics as proof but they still charged us a “cleaning fee” when we moved out. Total ****** these people. Charged us for repairs on stuff that we found in horrid state, also failed to provide proof of the state the apartment was before we moved in because no one cared to do that inspection. All they had was a bunch of fancy pics taken to advertise the unit. A bunch of *******. Do not rent with these people!!
