Plot and Plan Bull**** Berties

At the beginning of the year i approached Jason of Rawson Real Estate,Brackenfell concerning a plot and plan property, advertised in Kraaifontein.The Contractors at above mentioned property was Brick n Board Brackenfell.Jason referred me to *** to do the bond application.Application was done at the various banks .We paid a deposit of R370 000 and was successful to receive a bond at Absa bank with an inflation rate of 9%.I was extremely satisfied with her service.That was at the beginning of the year.Last week i was telephonically contacted by Almarie Nel informing me that the name of the estate nml La Vignia estate,was being changed to La Vignia estate West and that i had to reapply for the already approved bond.I was confused!!!. I had already paid R60 000 for the improvements and extras in the house.It was a period of approximately 2 weeks before signing receipt for the house .I enquired by Almerie why now ...that the name of the estate was to change and why was i not informed right from the start? No explanation was given.I enquired by Almerie whether it would affect the already approved bond and i was told that nothing would change except the name of the estate.I resent the necessary documentation requested by her and took her word.Upon receiving the new bond approval by the Lawyers :Bellingham Muller Hanekom,i discovered that the bond was entirely affected and that the previous approved bond was nul n void.The new approved bond stipulated that my monthly instalment would increase from R9614.50 to R11818.90 .That was calculated at being an extra R2204.40 per month.Almerie was not completely honest with me.I feel deceived by all parties.I never received any documentation from any role players informing the reason for the name change.The timing of such name change is also suspicious as the house is already built and we are to sign for the keys of the house on Friday 21 October 2022.Till this day nobody has given me a satisfactory answer.I feel deceived and no longer trust any of the mentioned roleplayers.
