Do not entertain any calls or email from this company. As they are ****mers. The company will call you and ask what chemicals you use. (don't even entertain this question). And then you get told a long story of what they do and all nice stories about the product the company sells. Once that call is done a week or two later you will get a call asking to speak to you again and then you get told thank you for the order you placed and you get told that your order will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days, when you tell them you did not order anything then you get told and made to believe that it is a sample (introduction pack) to try for 30days to compare the products on its way to you, when you tell them that you did not order any product from them the person will not acknowledge your comment and will proceed with the order. When it gets delivered with an invoice by COURIER company so that you can't send it back then when you call them and tell them you did not order any product from the and ask them to come and collect or give an address so that you can take it back you get told it is not that easy and it was mixed specially for you (don't know what was specially mixed if you are told it is an introduction pack to compare). Then you get threatened with legal action if you don't pay in 24HRS
