FrUsTrAtEd as HELL!!

After many arguments with these people, I have received a cancellation letter in Feb. Today I was phoned, because my "order is coming to a close" and another shipment is on its way. I told the lady but my account was closed and cancelled. She informs me that I must open the letter, there is another shipment that must come before cancellation. The letter heading is "PRE : Closure of account & cancellation number to follow once final payment is received". She then informed me it is 'n pre-closure letter, as is stated on the letter. At the time of receiving this letter, I paid no attention to the "PRE : " in the letter. But even so, we made payment AFTER receiving this letter - so will that not have been the final payment???? I am so fed up with these people, I can scream!!! Then I am asked whether I have received the cancellation number... I was so relieved to just have received the letter and to be rid of these people, that I was so glad that I will never hear from them again!! On the "final" (or what I thought was the final) invoice, it was stated that once the invoiced amount was paid, account and discount will be brought up to date. What the hell does that even mean?? When you speak to them, they inform you that they will send you this and that and that will be final. Now I find out that the letter was totally misinterpreted by me, because what was said telephonically and what is stated in the letter are contradictory?? And they have no recordings to prove either party right or wrong, so it is your word against theirs!! But they stated that the account will be closed, and that is what I understood the letter to say at the time, and now that is not the case... Hate is a strong word...
