False adverti*****t and ****mers

I got a call from their sales agent selling a cleaning product, after refusing it he kept pushing and said I only need to pay R109 for this "intro pack" so after a long time I agreed. I then got a call from another person at the same place to confirm the order, but without realizing she said the intro pack is a "box of 25L" (which means R109 x 25), I accepted. The packaged came and when I said we need to return this, they said I placed the order and sent the recording of only where the lady who confirmed the order and not where the sales man sold it to me, and said I cannot return this. My boss was very upset that I was ******* by this company and ordered me to send the package back to them. The courier I sent (My cost) went there and they refused to accept the package back and threatened to serve us Summons if we do not pay the R3200. This **** company needs to be shut down............
