DSL / RAW CHEM - What is the consequences. They keep on ****ming people

So we all have the same problem with this company sending products without proper communication in writhing. They then make them pay for it. If you refuse then they threaten you with legal action and even offer discount if you pay within the said time. I've requested the proof of CPIC registration as a debt collector and company registration documents from the department of trade and industry for RAW CHEM INTERNATIONAL. So my question is.... What gets done about this. We all complain on hellopeter, but what is the consequences. DSL / RAW CHEM keep on doing it.
