Dishonest people

Dishonest company called us and marketed their product. They told me that we could send the product back within 30 days if we are not happy after the 30 days we had not touched the product they said they want a payment and i told them i would send the goods back. now they are threatening us legal but refuse to send us the marketing recording saying it is confidential.
