This company is a complete ****! 1. they bait you with a product that they don't have. 2. their adverts state they have stock in your country for quick delivery - false. 3. delivery states 3 - 4 days because apparently, it's in stock and in your country. 5. after 5 days you query your delivery and they tell you it's an international order so it requires 10 to 12 days. 6. when you receive the product it confirms it's from China. 7. The product is not at all what they advertised or promised. 8. Product is faulty, screen goes blank within 10 minutes. 9. brought it to the attention of Ratetore. Hannah has been handling my query to no avail. from the beginning she has stated no refund even though she apologizes for the defective product. She insists that they have delivered the product I have chosen. I have pictures, screenshots, and emails with Hannah to prove her wrong.

And finally, if this couldn't get any worse they signed me up without my consent to a subscription to their website for $49 per month! Luckily I went online and cancelled before my account was *****ulently deducted from.

When querying this with Hannah she stated that the sign-up was in the terms and conditions. This is typical **** baiting.
