Unauthorised Billing

I recently checked my Vodacom statement after noticing an unusual increase in my monthly bill.<br> After checking with them, they advised it's for a subscription to Rate'nDate. These subscription fees total R119.71.<br> Please note that the number your service is subscribed to is for my data sim, which is used in a modem. <br> So kindly advise me when and how this service was initiated and activated. Also what measures does your company take to prevent unauthorised/********** use of details.<br> Do you complete verification before a service bill is initiated to a customer's mobile number? I ask this because I have never even heard of Rate'nDate let alone signed up as a subscriber.<br> Please cancel this subscription immediately - I did not authorise this! In addition I am seeking a full refund for what has been billed to my Vodacom account. Contact me soonest so that we can address and resolve this matter amicably.<br>
