Threatening Legal Action

I had work done on my vehicle at RARC that was paid through insurance. Today I received a email from RARC threatening me legally due to no payment from the insurer.

I contacted the insurer and they informed me that they haven't received the documentation regarding the completion of my vehicle. I responded via email to RARC that they must not threating me if there admin isn't done.

I later received a call from Lana at RARC giving me attitude regarding my comment. That's really nice first you threaten your customer and then fight with them due to they didn't send the correct documents or follow up regarding the payment from insurance.
