Good Day Guys,

I am writing to tell you about the service I got from RARC. Well my car was taken to them after it had been in a accident. I was insured with PMD at the time so my claim was rejected after about 2 months. So the guys at RARC had striped my vehicle. Taking parts off and going to town with my car and claiming that the vehicle had come like that ( I had pictures of the car before it was taken to them thank heavens) . I had visited them 4 times every single time parts were missing from my vehicle I have pictures and videos I had been dealing with Wikus the work shop manager and Mickey the MD. Wikus had accompanied me to my vehicle every time I had gone there. I even had emails where they had admitted that they will take responsibility for things going missing on my vehicle when we got the quote back from VW they declined no shocker there. So i told them that I wanted to take my vehicle to VW to get it inspected and guess what the day I went to take my vehicle most of the parts had been put back. Those guys I have no words for them and i have all my Evidence to corroborate my story. I can just imagine what they doing with people bringing there cars to them to have repaired shame hard working people what about the insurances that are trusting them to do the right thing shame. I have had the worst experience with this business honestly I would not recommend this guys even if they were the last panel beater on earth I would do it my self and save Thousands of Rand's. I will be posting pictures and videos soon on a lot of the media platforms. Videos and recordings where am with Wikus and you can tell for your self. So yes i will be spreading this far and wide guys.
