RARC

My wife bumped the car and the front bumper was damaged, then outsurance gave three options were the can be fixed after assessment we chose the RARC which was close by to our area. The car was not fully fixed (underneath bumper was not covered) not to mention that when they also damaged the water pump when they were fixing the bumper. They also took my right headlight which I demanded back. We did bring this to their attention and also provided them with the photos of our complaints and the invoice to repair the water pump since we needed to use the car. After countless emails sent to RARC and phone calls no feedback has been received and it has been two weeks since this has been going on. We have not even received a follow up call from outsurance just to check if were fully serviced by RARC.
