Dishonest and Unsatisfactory Service
In 2108 July, My insurance sent my vehicle in for accident repairs. The car was eventually released in September 2018, only to find out my vehicle was not correctly repaired and started experiencing problems with my vehicle, which some they fixed and some were not fixed, I asked the panelbeaters to send me a job card of what was claimed for from my insurance company which they did send. I reported in November last year that I had my car telling to "move selector to P" whilst driving suddenly I then reported it to them and they said I must bring the car in and would have an assessor look at it, 2 months later they said it was difficult to find the assessor and the assessor still was not told about this problem as I spoke to him and Volkswagen where my car is at the moment. I then took in my car for service and I was told my water pump was worn out and needed to be replaced because it is leaking already, I was surprised because on the job card the water pump was claimed for as a new part to be replaced, but this part is not replaced on my vehicle. I then I sent them pictures and dispute regarding parts on my vehicle that were claimed for but not inserted onto the vehicle. They the called the Assessor that assessed my car the first time but did not give him the correct information on what the problem was, because he was told that the water pump is worn out from accident damage, they did not inform him that they did not insert the part they were supposed to onto my vehicle so the old part is leaking obviously because it was initially supposed to be replaced, secondly the wrong coolant was used on my vehicle as the coolant they used damaged the color of my water bottle and a whole lot of parts on the water cooling system, hence it reacted to this incorrect coolant replaced. I have pictures taken by the assessor of what my parts looked like before they repaired my vehicle and my vehicle looks worse than how it was looking in the accident damage pictures. Now they want to claim from my insurance that the part was from accident damage as the assessor got to the dealership looking for accident damage and was confused when he left the dealer, so now they trying not to obviously claim from their warranty (which they should) because the part is not on my vehicle and sort out the damage costs. Now this leak has caused rust on the vehicle and damaged other parts of it. Wikus their "manager" said the director of the company would give me a call since 16/05/2019 but not a word from them, I sent Hein who is their superior numerous emails and not even a word from him. I called them, they not getting on their phones or retuning my message calls, because I will not be paying the Volkswagen bill when my insurance paid them almost R140 000.00 for the accident and I pay heavy insurance monthly premium to be getting this from them them.
