Complain

Good Morning

I took my car in for repairs on the 10th February 2022 at RARC Panelbeaters and on the 20th April 2022 I was informed my vehicle is ready for collection. Got there this morning to my dismay the windscreen is damaged, there's a scratch on the left side of the vehicle that wasn't there prior and pictures prove that and my spare Tyre has been swapped with an old worn out Tyre(I feel my spare tyre is ******, they probably thought I would't notice the difference). The nerve of these people telling me to calm down after all of this mess and they so not even apologetic.

To top it all up they told me when i dropped off my vehicle the windscreen was damaged, my worry is what else has been ****** that I cant see with the naked eye. I'm truly dissapointed with this service provider.
