Miway took my car to RARC panel beaters for repairs about four to five weeks ago. After my claim was authorized I contacted rarc to find out roughly how long will it take to repair the vehicle as it was not bafly damaged. And I was advised that it will take 10 to 15 working days. And last week Thursday I called to get an update and was advised that I should call at 3 pm my vehicle might be ready. Indeed so I called at 3pm and was advised that I the car might be ready on friday I should call first before I come collect the car. Friday I called and was told that they received an incorrect part and I must call on Tuesday . Tuesday I called and I was told the received the correct part I must call at 2pm. When I called at two pm was advised that the car had to go through some tests but it will be ready on Wednesday for collection I must come at 10. Today I go there and im advised that my car is not ready as someone has ******/took the griller and they will sort the issue out and come deliver the vehicle at my home today at 6pm. And to my surprise no car has been delivered until now.how does on get remedied from receiving such poor service
