Rapid net network.

Disappointing, been with them for a year now, network is ****, meant to have 10 mb line, it only gets 5mb, Majority of the time u can watch for 2 sec and then it starts buffing again. Terrible customer care! When u call them and ask them why it's not working properly they just tell you they don't know, and that's it.. nothing further. Worst part is, we stay in Widenham Terrece, umkomaas and we are not allowed to be with any other network provider company.which honestly, I do not see how widenham Terrece can dictate as to which network provider we have to use.
