Rapid Net Broadband- Worst ever

Worst network ever! Worst customer service. Email the customer care line, you get a ticket number, then they send an email saying: Hi

Ticket “#380880 – Unhappy with a rapid net” has been closed and can not be reopened , please send a new email to support in order to log a new ticket.

Until this is done our support agents will not be aware of your request and will be unable to attended to your support Requests.
