Disgusting

Rapid Network is absolutely disgusting.... It is a money making scheme. I don't advise anyone to sign up with a terrible company like this. The product stopped working and when you call in for assistance the agents says we have to pay for a new one. When I told them I am going to hello Peter the agent told me to go and put on hello Peter.... How can we pay for a product that does not work and get no assistance with regards to this issue and it seems that the company doesn't care if we complain to hello Peter... I don't advise anyone to join a company that provides ******* service like this
