Disgusted

I am so disgusted with the service I've been receiving from this company. I'm starting to think it might actually be a ****. I asked when will my router be delivered, its been 3 days and I still haven't received an answer.

This is the response I received from the agent - "we literally waiting for our boss to get out of his meeting this morning so we can get the information and pass it along to you 😊" That was at 10:00am- it's the next day and I still don't have feedback. Its appalling actually.
