Express Locksmith

A locksmith came to replace a lock that was faulty. He drilled in a hole that was already there. He tried to adjust a lock at the bottom of the door. But it still came completely out. He charged me R4485!!! I am completely irate. This is ridiculous. How can businesses get away with this???
