No response at all after application done and submitted

There app shows they will respond within 15 min to a hour. And typically 1 business day. I app**** yesterday and submitted all that was required of me. I sent an email 3 times still no response. I called in to customer service and the line cuts I called in again and decided to speak to reception and she said she will find out why my application is taking so long and that she will give me a call back. I have not received any call I am in need of a loan and was told Randify is very fast however this is not true also as per there site. Another business day is almost over and I am yet to receive any response.

Please work harder on response time. As clients come to you with the promise that they will be assisted asap
