Please pay back my money.
I took out a loan with Randify, and the payout was processed successfully. Since I had the funds available, I decided to repay the loan early. However, Randify still went ahead and debited my account, which started a long and frustrating process of trying to get my money refunded. For the past two weeks, I have been calling and emailing to follow up on my refund. Now, in week three, I am being told that they cannot provide a timeframe for the refund because they are apparently disputing the transaction with their bank. According to the financial managers I have spoken to, Randify apparently made the payment back to my account, but it is not reflecting with their bank as having been processed, even though the money has already left their account. I have been given the same explanation for the past two weeks, with no actual progress on my case. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. I don't believe I will take out another loan with Randify after this experience. Once this matter is resolved, they can close my account. I don't think I'm asking for much, just give me back my money

No response at all after application done and submitted
There app shows they will respond within 15 min to a hour. And typically 1 business day. I app**** yesterday and submitted all that was required of me. I sent an email 3 times still no response. I called in to customer service and the line cuts I called in again and decided to speak to reception and she said she will find out why my application is taking so long and that she will give me a call back. I have not received any call I am in need of a loan and was told Randify is very fast however this is not true also as per there site. Another business day is almost over and I am yet to receive any response. Please work harder on response time. As clients come to you with the promise that they will be assisted asap

Trusted and Legit - Apologies for Previous review.
I am not able to delete my previous rating; however, it is legit, and funds have been received. They just took longer than expected. I was still unable to reach them by phone; however, an agent did call me to confirm the application.
