Useless municipality run by *******

Unfortunately there is no option of a more negative rating than one.These idiots that run the municipality are beyond a waste of breath.

Residents are being charged for services that are just not delivered.I've been paying for refuse removal every month that has not been done by the municipality for over 3 years.I now have sewerage water problem on my property but can not get if fixed as the problem is on the councils main line.

Phoning them and emailing them yields no response, in fact you can not call them as they have not paid their own Telkom invoice (their lines have been suspended).It is a absolute waste of time to go there during the week as you are met with blank faces, yet they are quick to send threatening letters/sms to cut your power if you short pay by R50.

Now the news has broken that we as residents are to face power cut offs during the December holidays due to the fact that the municipality has not paid the Eskom bill either.So what has happened to the monies that the residents have paid?
