No response, fatal errors on 4 emails addresses

I received an amount of R 10 487.66 credit paid into my account. Can I please have a final statement indicating the dates when this transaction was completed in your system to come to the credit amount paid? The credit amount paid is not correct as I paid several amounts on this account and an R 16 369.58 amount before registration. The two final meter readings were sent on the day of registration and these should reflect as the final readings for the account to be closed.

There was also a deposit paid of R 1686.00. When will this money be paid back to me? This reflects on the invoice/statement. No response received, fatal errors on email addresses
