Complaint - Drain Blocked

<p>I called the municipality office last week friday (27/02/2017) to report my blocked drain at the house. A lady by the name Popi told me that they will send people on the same day. Unfortunately till today nobody came. I called in a private plumber (Roto Rooter) to come and check it out. They advised me that they can't fix it because it is a municipality sewage system to be precise they said "council line". I have a 4 year who cannot play outside because of the mess which is also a health hazard. Been phoning the office and there is no answer. Can you please, please help I am desperate.</p>
